The park is located in extremely favorable place which is between Highway 5 and Highway 39, connecting major economic centers in the North, 10 km far from Hanoi's boundary, 40 km from Noi Bai International Airport, 15 km from Lac Dao station (Hung Yen), 73 km from Haiphong Port, 90 km from Cai Lan Port, near Hung Yen customs station on Highway 5.

Synchronous infrastructure
Pho Noi IP has synchronous infrastructure system including: power; road; communication; drainage system, water supply station with capacity of 17,000 m3/day ; wastewater treatment station with capacity of 12,000 m3/day, provided by Netherlands and installed in accordance with European standards II; residential area meets the demands of 10.000 workers; medical centre inside the Industrial Park; security team keeps watching 24/24h, sanitation team…Besides, social infrastructure is also the strength of Pho Noi IP: Hung Yen customs station- away from 1 km- to facilitate the import and export activities; banks within the radius from 1-2 km; post office; Pho Noi General Hospital, training colleges , etc.
